What it is
Founding-member scarcity strip on /pricing. CXL audit caught that I shipped a parallel lib/founding.ts (FOUNDING30 / 500 seats / 30% repeating) duplicating the pre-existing Mark LXXVI Crown Coronet which already shipped lib/founding-member.ts (FOUNDINGMEMBER / 100 seats / 20% lifetime forever). LXXVI's implementation is canonical + better — it uses stripe.coupons.retrieve().times_redeemed instead of scanning subscriptions.list. Consolidation: FoundingStrip refactored to consume lib/founding-member.ts (single source of truth), my parallel lib/founding.ts deleted. Strip wraps fetchFoundingMemberStatus in unstable_cache(60s) so /pricing doesn't hammer Stripe on each render. Three render states from scarcityTone: fresh / moving / ending (rose-toned urgency under 10 seats) / closed. Gold progress bar with tabular-nums remaining count.
