Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Orchestra Kingdom, email support@orchestrakingdom.com within 30 days of your first payment on any plan. We issue a full refund, no questions asked.
The 30-day window starts on the date of your first paid charge, not on the date of account creation or trial start. If you converted from a free trial, day 1 is the conversion date.
Monthly plans (after 30 days)
After 30 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues through the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Annual plans (after 30 days)
Annual plans canceled after the 30-day money-back window are eligible for a prorated refund covering the unused portion of the year. We calculate the prorated refund roughly as:
refund ≈ (annual price) × (months remaining / 12)
"Months remaining" is the number of full calendar months from the cancellation date to your next annual renewal date. For example: an annual Pass plan ($348/yr) canceled 4 months in with 8 months remaining is roughly a $200 refund.
To request a prorated annual refund, email support@orchestrakingdom.com with subject "Annual refund request." Support reviews each request, confirms eligibility, and processes the refund promptly (typically within a few business days of confirmation). Refunds appear on your card statement within 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
We send a renewal-reminder email at least 7 days before each annual charge so you can cancel before it bills if you no longer want the plan.
Founding 100 membership
Founding 100 is a lifetime monthly rate locked at $24.99/mo for as long as you remain an active subscriber. Because the locked-rate benefit is immediate and permanent, Founding 100 memberships are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of the initial charge. This policy is disclosed at the point of purchase before you confirm payment.
Within the first 30 days, the standard money-back guarantee applies. Email support@orchestrakingdom.com for any refund request.
If you cancel a Founding 100 membership, the locked rate is forfeited. If you resubscribe later, you will be charged the current standard rate at that time.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again. You can also email support@orchestrakingdom.com and we will handle it for you.
How to request a refund
Email support@orchestrakingdom.com with subject "Refund request" and include the email address on your account. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds appear on your card statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund and your account may be suspended while the dispute is open. We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Contact us first and we will make it right.
