How do I take my first Judge take?
Go to /try, pick your instrument, choose an audition excerpt (or type your own), then press Record. Play for 30 seconds and stop. The Judge returns a verdict, a 0-100 score, and a per-dimension breakdown in about 60 seconds. No account required for the first take.

The report has three sections. At the top: a verdict (Advance, Callback, or Not yet) plus your overall score. In the middle: five dimension scores (tone, intonation, rhythm, tempo, musicality) with bar indicators. At the bottom: three strengths the Judge heard, three things to fix next, and a targeted drill you can run in your next practice session.

Go to /try-teacher and allow microphone and camera access when prompted. Tell the Teacher what you want to work on (a specific passage, a technique problem, or just 'bow arm'). Play. The Teacher listens and responds in real time with specific corrections and drills, the same patterns a private teacher uses in a lesson.

After your first Judge take, the Oracle reads your dimension scores and builds a personalized weekly plan. Find it on your dashboard under Your Plan. If you have an upcoming audition, set the target date so the Oracle can compress or expand the drill schedule against your deadline.

How do I use the tuner?
Go to /tuner and allow microphone access. Play a single note and the display shows the nearest pitch name, your cents deviation from center, and a strobe indicator. Reference pitch is A440 by default. The strobe stops moving when you land exactly in tune.

Go to /timer. Set the BPM with the slider or the up/down arrow keys. Use the tap-tempo button to set BPM from your playing: tap the button on each beat for four beats and the BPM locks in. Choose the time signature, then press Start. The metronome runs continuously until you stop it.

Go to /ear and choose a mode: Note ID (what pitch just played), Intervals (what interval was that), Chords (major, minor, diminished), or Dictation (write the notes you heard). The trainer plays a sound and waits for your answer. Difficulty adapts automatically based on your recent accuracy.

Your streak counter is on your dashboard. Each day you complete at least one practice session (a Judge take, a Teacher session, or a drill) counts. Streaks earn bonus XP at milestones: 7 days, 30 days, 100 days, and 365 days. Missing a day resets the streak. Use a freeze token from your dashboard to protect a streak when life gets in the way.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to /billing and click Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Current options: Kingdom Lite ($9/mo), Kingdom Pass ($39/mo), and the Founding Member rate lock ($24.99/mo, first 100 seats only).

Go to /billing, click Cancel subscription, and confirm in the Stripe portal. Two steps, no retention loop. You keep full access through the end of the paid period you already paid for.
Manage billingHow do I request a refund?
Email support@orchestrakingdom.com within 30 days of any charge. Include the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. We process refunds the same day in most cases. No argument required.
How do I update my instrument or school?
Go to /settings and look under Profile. Changes apply immediately. Updating your instrument changes how the Judge calibrates the rubric on your next take. Updating your school links your scores to the school leaderboard.

How do I export my data?
Go to /account/export. One click downloads a single JSON file with all your Judge takes and reports, Oracle practice plans, Teacher session history, streak records, and email preferences. Useful for handing to a private teacher or backing up before you travel.
Export my dataHow do I delete a Judge take?
Go to your dashboard and open the specific take from your history. At the bottom of the report there is a Delete take button. Deletion removes the audio recording, the derived report, and any associated dimension scores. It does not affect your streak count.
How do I delete my account?
Go to /account/delete and confirm the deletion. Your account, every audio recording, every derived report, and all personal data are removed within 48 hours. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Email support@orchestrakingdom.com with your account email and a description of the issue. The King replies personally, usually within the same day during business hours (9am to 9pm ET). No chatbot, no support ticket queue.
