Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Orchestra Kingdom complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Age gate
During signup we collect date of birth. Users identified as under 13 are blocked from creating an account and cannot submit audio takes. No audio, personal data, or usage data is collected from children under 13.
Ages 13 to 17
Users ages 13 to 17 may create accounts. Audio recordings used for Judge analysis are deleted from our storage pipeline within 90 days unless the user explicitly saves the report. No data is shared with third-party advertisers.
Parental controls
Parents or guardians may request deletion of any data associated with a minor account by emailing support@orchestrakingdom.com with the child's account email and a description of the request. We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.
